EWP^® & FAN Digital Controller (Module Only) (Part #8102)

Note: This part includes only the controller and mounting hardware (bracket, nylon plate). It is intended for customers replacing a damaged unit or upgrading from an older model. For all other applications, please refer to the full kit (Part #8002).

The updated controller features a rounded, slimmer design with a seven-pin plug safely tucked away at the base. It offers two mounting options:

• Bracket
• Nylon Plate

Functions:

1. Manages the operation of the EWP^® by varying pump speed in response to coolant temperature.
2. Controls the operation of the electric engine fan.

The controller allows for a push-button temperature lock-in from 40°C (104°F) to 110°C (230°F). It operates the fan once the engine reaches +3°C (+5.4°F) above the set temperature and supports EWP^® and fan run-on after ignition shutdown for either 3 minutes or -10°C (-14°F) below the set temperature to eliminate heat soak.

Sensor Wire Length: 250cm, increased to 380cm (Oct 2020).
