Data Entry
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organise, and maintain large datasets related to vehicle performance, customer feedback, and market trends
- Accurately prepare large product datasets from suppliers for import into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Maropost Commerce Cloud
- Correctly categorise new products for listing on our webstore
- Source additional data (such as images, product descriptions etc.) from supplier websites when provided data is missing information
- Make updates and improvements to existing product data as required
- Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and meet team needs
- Implement processes and utilise tools and software to enhance data collection, processing, and reporting capabilities
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular audits and validating data sources
- Address and troubleshoot data-related issues, providing solutions to improve data quality and processes
- Work directly with marketplace platforms (e.g. eBay)
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Applicant should have data entry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ideally be familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and have experience preparing data for import via configuration packages
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with Python is beneficial but not mandatory
Hours: 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Due to the ongoing growth of the business they have an exciting availability for an experienced branding Sales Representative to join their team!

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key customer accounts
- Foster new sales opportunities by understanding our business and your target audience, staying up to date with industry news and trends to anticipate new opportunities
- Identifying and pursuing new customers and markets
- Promoting our extensive product range and service offerings
- Optimise sales potential within our existing customer base, especially Account Customers
- Monitor competitor activities and provide timely reports to the management
- Recognise emerging market trends and growth prospects
- Strategically plan and execute a well-structured call schedule to maximise efficiency and customer coverage
- Ensure accurate order submissions to the front counter team
Skills & Experience:
- At least five years’ experience in sales management
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets
- High degree of business acumen
- Excellent sales and customer management skills
- Strong interpersonal understanding demonstrated through relationship building
- Ability to manage own time to work independently and proactively
- A client service orientation with a “can do” attitude
- Ability to coach and develop sales team
- Highly organised and possess a positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Self-motivated, confident and capable of communicating effectively with customers, suppliers and staff
- A demonstrated commitment to providing quality service and work
- Excellent time management, ability to coordinate, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work under pressure

Sales Team Member
Previous experience in the automotive industry essential
Your duties will include:
- Selling performance parts and accessories in a retail and wholesale environment
- Answering telephone calls with good phone etiquette and responding to parts requests
- Maintaining and growing relationships with clients and trade customers
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Applicant must exhibit sound knowledge and have work experience in automotive parts & accessories sales
- Ability to work within a team environment efficiently and effectively
- General computer skills
- A passionate work ethic and be someone who is willing and keen to learn
- Prepared to go above & beyond what is required
Hours: 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday, and occasional Saturdays 8:30am to 1pm
