Nitrous Express Burst Plates allow for pressure relief upon the occurrence of a backfire. The plate itself is constructed of billet aluminum and anodized in black. It is 1" thick designed for 4150 flanged application. There is no need to replace a burst panel after a backfire as the springs will automatically reset after each backfire. The panel features 4 opening panels that allows for the venting of excessive pressure, whether it is from a nitrous backfire or a naturally aspirated hiccup. These are very cost effective insurance to protect carburetors, throttle bodies, and intake manifolds.
