Sonnax forward planetary bearing 96003-01 is a replacement bearing for Ford transmissions. This allows rebuilders to buy a direct replacement bearing without paying for the expensive complete planet.
Installation tool 96003-MTL supports the bearing during installation and prevents damage to the delicate outer race and sets the bearing to correct depth to prevent blocking of lube holes.
