They're designed with a .250 in. diameter non-split roller that actually rolls into the sprocket, thus reducing power-robbing drag. Unlike most other timing chain sets, Milodon's chain almost eliminates chain stretch problems in racing conditions. The cam and crank gears are CNC-machined from high-tensile strength, heat-treated material. Both timing chain gears use a wider tooth profile for superior strength and wear resistance and the crank gear has three key ways to allow an easy four degree advance and retard of the camshaft.
