Returns

In the event that you order the incorrect product or change your mind, VPW is able to offer a store credit or exchange only, provided you meet the below criteria.

Eligibility

To qualify for a store credit or exchange for change of mind or incorrectly ordered products:

• Items must be returned within 90 days of receiving
• Items must be unused, in saleable condition, and with it’s original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be provided
• You must be the original purchaser
• You must be able to produce a form of identification
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a store credit for the item’s purchase value (excluding shipping costs).

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

• Clearance or reduced items
• Products that have been used, fitted, damaged due to misuse, or damaged after delivery
• Products that have developed issues due to general wear and tear
• Items not in original packaging
• Products returned without proof of purchase or where you are not the original purchaser

For items that are shipped incorrectly, please contact the team so we can arrange to get the correct item to you.

Warranty Policy

Warranty terms differ between brands and are at the discretion of the manufacturer.

Please contact VPW before returning goods under warranty. We will attempt to deal with warranty claims as quickly as possible.

VPW is not authorised to repair or replace some items, and items may need to be shipped back to the original manufacturer for checking. The customer may be subject to freight or a repair charge. These are determined by the manufacturer and their warranty policies.

In certain circumstances, VPW may be able to advise a fix over the phone or do simple repairs locally to save on unnecessary delays and charges. This is at the sole discretion of VPW and the original manufacturer.

VPW Branded Items

VPW branded products are made to the highest standards and all products are warranted for a period of 12 months from date of purchase for either repair or replacement at VPW’s sole discretion.

Warranty may be voided if the product has been misused, modified, or used for the incorrect application. VPW will not be responsible for any damages being incidental or consequential as a result of using a VPW product incorrectly. This warranty covers the replacement of the defective component only, it does not cover associated labour or installation costs.

Any product requiring a warranty appraisal must be returned to the place of purchase with the original invoice.

This warranty only applies to the original retail purchaser and expires upon transfer of title of any VPW products by the original retail purchaser.

We reserve the right to change design or specification at any time without notice. Products are for on and off road automotive, marine, motorcycle and industrial use only. If not sure of suitability or compliance, please check with your local distributor prior to purchase.
