Delivery Updates

There have been delays throughout the freight network and staffing shortages during this time. Whilst we are still working hard to get your orders out quickly unfortunately some of these delays are passed down the line and are unadvoidable. Our warehouse staff are making every effort to ensure deliveries aren't affected so you can keep on shopping without having to worry about not receiving your order.

 

A Message to All of Our Customers

We trust both you and your families are taking the necessary care during what it is a difficult time for our community.

At VPW our priority is always serving our customers and the environment we operate in. We seek to provide a safe environment for our customers and our team members in times such as these, we believe it is our role and responsibility to do our best to ensure we can provide access to the products people require while doing everything we can to keep our customers and our team safe and healthy.

To ensure the health and safety of customers and staff:

  • The front counter has a limit of 2 customers at a time
  • VPW staff are following hygiene procedures
  • Customers please be aware, we are only allowed 8 individuals in the store at one time. Whilst strictly enforcing the social distancing rule.

Customers can help by:

  • Making their purchases online at vpw.com.au where possible
  • Maintain social distancing from other customers and team members
  • Consider contactless payment, like eftpos where possible
  • Cough or sneeze into your arm or a tissue and dispose of the tissue in a bin
  • Please stay home if you are ill

VPW is working with limited Staff and we ask our customers to start using our online store vpw.com.au, we still remain open but things can change on an hourly basis.
